Announcement of Entry into the Metaverse domain - Space View Pte. Ltd.宇宙領域への展開に先駆け、国際カンファレンスCPACにてメタバースを発表

CUBESAT開発、衛星データ解析ならびにリモートセンシングテクノロジーを駆使した研究開発を手がける株式会社Space View （代表取締役社長：加藤淳一 日本支社：東京都港区六本木 以下、Space View社）は、この度新たな事業の柱としてメタバース事業に参入する事を発表します。
メタバース事業の第一弾として、2022年8月4日から7日にかけてアメリカ、テキサス州で開催されるカンファレンスCPAC Texas 2022において、弊社が企画、開発を手掛けるCPAC Metaverseを発表する運びとなりました。CPAC Texas 2022は保守系政治家、活動家が一同に会する場であり、保守主義の要人が集うカンファレンスとしては全米最大規模と言われています。
Space View Pte. Ltd. (CEO : Junichi Kato, Japan office: Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter referred to as "Space View"), a company engaged in CUBESAT development, satellite data analysis and research and development using remote sensing technology, is pleased to announce its entry into the metaverse business as a new business pillar.
As the first step in the metaverse business, "the CPAC Metaverse" planned and developed by Space View will be presented at CPAC Texas 2022 (August 4 - August 7, 2022), which is the largest gathering of conservative politicians and activists in the U.S.
メタバース事業参入への経緯（Background to Entry into the Metaverse Business）



Space View社は2020年11月の設立以降、宇宙産業の持続可能性ならびに発展性を高めることを目的とし、事業展開を行って参りましたが、この度新たな事業の柱として、メタバース事業に参入することといたしました。
弊社が取り組むメタバースプロジェクトは、既存の中央集権型インターネット社会からの脱却を目的とした、ユーザー主導の分散型プラットフォーム、コンテンツクリエイター達との共創をベースに、持続可能なエコシステム、デジタル経済圏の礎を築く、Web3特化型メタバースの実現が狙いです。これによりデジタル時代のインフラ基盤の一翼を担い、宇宙 x メタバース領域における先駆者になることを目指します。
Since its establishment in November 2020, Space View has been developing its business with the aim of enhancing the sustainability and growth of the space industry, and now we also entered the metaverse business as a new business pillar.
Metaverse business by Space View aims to break away from the existing centralized Internet society, and we will create a Web3-specific Metaverse that builds a foothold for a sustainable ecosystem and digital economic zone based on user-led decentralized platforms and co-creation with content creators. CPACとは（About CPAC）
CPACとはConservative Political Action Conference (保守政治活動協議会)の略称で、1974年に少数の保守系の人々と、Young Americans for Freedomにより設立された、全米最大規模を誇る保守系の会議です。1974年の第一回CPACでは、当時の大統領ロナルドレーガン氏が最初の基調講演を行った事でも知られており、今年で48年目を迎える由緒ある会議として位置付けられています。
アメリカ大統領を初めとする数々の要人達によるスピーチが毎年行われ、近年では世界的な保守CPAC政治活動の活発化により、CPAC Japan, CPAC Australia, CPAC Brazil, CPAC Israel, CPAC Mexico, CPAC Hungary, CPAC Koreaと広がるなど、CPACの活動は世界規模での拡大を見せています。

In recent years, CPAC's activities have expanded globally with the rise of conservative political activities worldwide, including CPAC Japan, CPAC Australia, CPAC Brazil, CPAC Israel, CPAC Mexico, CPAC Hungary and CPAC Korea and more.
今後の展望（Future Outlook）
宇宙規模でのビジネス展開を目指すSpace View社にとって、先述の規模を持つCPACにおいてメタバースを発表することは、大きな意義を持つに違いありません。
